Ingredients
5cl Illusionist Dry Gin
3.5cl freshly squeezed lemon juice
2.5cl rosemary syrup
Soda
Rosemary or lavender sprig
Preparation
Add the ingredients listed above, except for the soda and garnish, to a shaker with ice and shake for 15 seconds. Strain into a tall glass and top with soda.
Add a sprig of rosemary or lavender as a garnish. Et voilà !
Homemade rosemary syrup
Combine water and sugar in a 1:1 ratio with dried rosemary sprigs. Bring to a boil for 60 seconds, then cool and strain into a small bottle. Ready, set, go!
