This bundle pairs the Azzurino Aperitivo with our Azzurino Sour RTD, a bartender-balanced ready-to-drink sour spearheaded by the bergamot, lavender and timut pepper driven Azzurino, combined with a splash of Illusionist Dry Gin for structure, lemon and simple syrup for the classic sour complexion.
Add 10cl to a shaker with ice, shake until chilled, strain into a coupette, garnish with a lime wheel.

Only problem? Not everyone owns exotic bar-tools. Or ten different liqueurs or obscure bitters. And frankly, not everyone should have to.

The Rosemary Fizz is the debut cocktail in our exclusive Ready-To-Drink (RTD) series, crafted in collaboration with celebrated Munich bartenders to bring you a refined yet effortless cocktail experience at home.
Inspired by sun-drenched Mediterranean summers and garden soirées by the sea, this pre-batched classic will be your next summer go-to!
Flavoured with aromatic Mediterranean rosemary, bright citrus lemon, and the fruity, floral notes of Illusionist Dry Gin, this fizz will transport you straight to the azul waters and golden coasts of Southern Europe.
To serve: no tools, no guesswork, simply pour 80ml over ice in a highball glass and top with soda. That's it. Tart yet gentle, sweet yet subtle, and endlessly refreshing.
There'’s a point on a summer's day when the heat finally backs off, a light breeze wraps around your body, skin cools, and the first sip of your drink quenches the soul.
That's the Azzurino Sour in a nutshell.
Light but not bland. Creamy but not heavy. The texture is soft and velvety, held together by a finely judged balance of sweet and sour that keeps it mouth-watering and dangerously easy to drink.
We intentionally added a splash of Illusionist Dry Gin to not only give it more backbone, but to add complexity and stretch the flavours out. With Azzurino alone, you'd get the bergamot and lavender florals, some zing from the timut pepper, but with Illusionist we're adding more fruit, more citrus and an elegant spice. The result is so good we gave it a spotlight in our RTD range, an easy decision to say the least.
For house gatherings, date nights, or for those patio hours that run longer than planned, the Azzurino Sour is the bottle you'll keep coming back to.
To serve: Add 10cl Azzurino Sour with ice in a shaker. 1-2 drops Fee Brothers Fee Foam for extra foam. Shake and strain into coupette glass & garnish lime wheel.
GRAB YOUR ESPRESSO RUMTINI
A good Espresso Martini stands or falls on three things: coffee, vodka, and that creamy, silky texture.
But instead of vodka, which often just smooths things out without adding much character, we work with Sentinel Rum. Butter toffee, dark chocolate, dried fruits, and a touch of ripe stone fruit. Flavours that interlock with the coffee, giving it depth rather than holding it back.
A hint of salted caramel brings everything into balance. It softens the bitterness, adds shape, and creates that rounded, almost weightless texture that defines a proper Espresso Martini.
In the glass, it unfolds naturally with soft, aromatic coffee, followed by a gentle sweetness with notes of chocolate and toffee, finishing on a warm, lightly spiced note.
An Espresso Martini that doesn’t just do the job, but does it properly.
To serve: Combine 10cl with ice in shaker, shake until chilled, strain into martini glass. Garnish with three espresso beans. Optional: add 1-2 drops Fee Brothers Fee Foam into shaker for extra foam
