If spring had a flavour, this would be it. 

The Rosemary Fizz is the original. The drink that started our RTD story and set the tone for everything that followed. Built on Illusionist Dry Gin, fresh lemon, and Mediterranean rosemary, it tastes like familiar, fresh spring air. Light in body, precise in balance, with a clean citrus finish that doesn't linger past its welcome. 

Developed with a team of Munich bartenders who know a thing or two about what makes a spring drink actually work and what makes it fall apart. The Rosemary Fizz passed their test first. 

The new label belongs to the same world as the Illusionist Dry Gin itself. Same botanical frame, same organic hand but now dressed in a faded, powdery lilac and rosemary green and finished with gold foil. The kind of bottle you leave on the table. 

How to Serve 

Fill a highball glass with ice. Add 8 cl Rosemary Fizz and top with approx.12 cl of soda. Garnish with a rosemary sprig and a lemon zest.

How to serve? Easy.

No tools, no guesswork, simply pour 80ml over ice in a highball glass and top with soda. That's it. Tart yet gentle, sweet yet subtle, and endlessly refreshing.
